Reflection-
In this project me and my lovely partner Sadie Vance, made sopapillas. We were to create a video of us not only making the food, but explaining where the food originated from and the ingredients in Spanish. During the expansion of this project, I struggled with translating the recipe into Spanish, and me and my partner struggled with the cooking as well. It did not turn into "normal" looking sopapillas. But, I thought it was cool to get a deeper look into sopapillas and to learn their history and where they had originated from. If I were to do this project again, I would take more time on the editing process to make sure I could have added in music and split either the audio or video when it had other things in it that weren't necessary or were distracting.
